Veldriss: Leaders: This position applies to both Matron and Patron. At this time we are with out the ability to change rank permissions in Vanguard: Soh, therefore they share the same title. The rank of either leader or co-leader holds the same responsibilities with minor differences. Neither Matron nor Patron hold absolute power. They still have to follow the guidelines set by the council and the guild. There shall be no more then two matrons and two patrons at one time. Only one in game character will be given this title, though the owner of that character must conduct themselves in the same manor no matter what character they may be on. Leader status spans across all their in game characters.
Matron: The primary roll of Matron and guild leader is to help and assist in game and any website/forum issues. The matron is seen as the Head of the household, though is not above the rule of the council. They shall work together with the council and head advise and suggestions posed by the Patron, Council and all other guild members. In case of voting issues, the matron can be outvoted, though also can abstain from voting, letting the guild vote on issues. 1) Assists the guild in maters of Housing, assistance in quests, locations and other in game activities. 2) Attempts to keep the guild up to date on current game events. (Patch notes, changes and news) 3) Keeps up to date on members, activities and current events. 4) Is positive and helpful where ever able, and will represent the guild in a positive manor. 5) Has final say in guild decisions when the guild or council vote is deadlocked. (Can be overturned by council) 6) Maintains the forum and website, including vital information in and out of game 7) Ability to choose a new matron when stepping down or if a spot is vacant. (Council votes for approval) 8) Keeps open and honest communication with all members in any and all issues that pertain or effects the guild members either individually or as a whole.
Patron: The Patron is chosen by the Matron and voted on by first, council then guild. Everyone must be comfortable with the decision and believe it will be a good match. The purpose of the patron is to help co-lead the guild, as well as give sound advice from the matron. The Patron is to give balance to the Matron both in her eyes and the eyes of the guild.
1) Primary roll- Assists the Matron in decision making and advice, giving free, open and honest advice and thoughts concerning matters regarding any of the above issues. Patron brings balance to the matron. 2) Will help in calming any conflicts that may occur, or be a non patrician mediator if the need arises. 3) Stays up to date on current members, activities and current events. 4) Is a positive role model for the rest of the guild, and represents the guild in a positive and friendly fashion. 5) Votes on any and all issues that are on the table. 6) Is active on the forum and in game.

Talthalra: Council: Council members are chosen by the council. Though the position is voluntary. Those that are approached for Council have and will continue to display the same level of helpfulness, friendliness and patience.  Everyone has an equal chance of achieving the rank, but the rank is not easily attained and should not be taken lightly. It is only rewarded after a period of active membership and many acts of selflessness. There shall be no more then eight council members at one time. Only one in game character will be given this title, though the owner of that character must conduct themselves in the same manor no matter what character they may be on. Council status spans across all their in game characters. 1) Primary roll- Positive leadership 2) Friendly and patient disposition in and out of guild. 3) Keeps up to date on members, activities and current events. 3) Organizers of the guild events 4) Ability to cast votes on important guild issues 5) Advisors to council and other guild members 6) Recruiters and ability to invite into guild 7) Suggest replacements for empty council spots, has final vote on possessions of Advisors and above. 8) Has final vote on Newly appointed Matron if/when that occurs. 9) Is active on the forum and in game.
Behavior: Council members will not shout and scream at people or bark unreasonable orders, they are there to give coordination via simple orders based on intelligence gathered. Please listen to the Council members carefully, they will often have access to certain information you do not but won't have time to explain the situation fully, their decisions should not be questioned. If any member does feels that a Council member has acted unfairly or to the detriment of the guild, that person should contact the leader privately. If there is a conflict, resolutions will be attempted. We follow a three step program, to try to work out any conflicts that may occur. Communication on all parties is a must for a peaceful resolution to occur. If all three steps have been applied, and nothing has worked, the council and/or guild members will get together to discuss what the next step aught to be. No one member of the guild has totalis in power or decisions. Any major decisions shall be decided upon by the council and the guild.
Qu'abban: Advisor: Advisors are akin to junior council members. They assist in decision making and help flush out guild issues that may arise. These issues can be anything from guild events, conflicts, alliances, new members or anything else that the Advisor may deem important. Advisors are chosen by either guild leaders and or council. There shall be no more then 4 Advisors at one time. Only one in game character will be given this title, though the owner of that character must conduct themselves in the same manor no matter what character they may be on. Advisor status spans across all their in game characters.
1) Primary roll- Willingness to be open and honest in any and all maters concerning the guild, forum, website or anything else of importance.
2) Is up to date on members and guild events to the best of their ability. 3) Is helpful and friendly to all gamers in and out of the guild. 4) Is a positive influence on other members in the guild 5) Is semi active in game and keeps open communication. 6) Can help lead or plan guild events. 7) Is active on the forum.

The following ranks or titles are also available for all members once past their 30 days to choose for each character based on their personality. Exceptions do apply for new members (Shebali: Rogue) or those places on probation or MIA (Veldrin: Shadow)
C'Rintri: Noble The title given to most members whom are helpful to the guild and other players in the game. Some of the responsibility of Elders is to be up to date on guild issues, forum posts (weekly at least). Elders help with a variety of things, such as advice and guidance in game and on the forum, including but not excluding Crafting, Harvesting, Quests, Leveling, Faction, gear, and other related issues that may arise. Elders are willing and enjoy helping and assisting other members. Elders are willing and enjoy helping and assisting other members, though they are not required to drop what they may be doing at the current time. Help and assistance will be given within a reasonable amount of time, while at the same time, not hindering their own enjoyment and advancement of the game. Council members and above can have their alternate characters set to this title if they so choose. 1) Respectful of all players in and out of the guild. 2) Conduct themselves in a kind and friendly manor 3) Respects all elders in the guild, and follows the guild rules. 4) Is semi active and keeps up to date on the forum. Sargtlin: Warrior: This is the title given to all new members whom have passed their 30 day trial and/or those that do not wish to advance in titles. Those that wish to enjoy the guild and have fun with out the worry of assisting other members as listed above in the title descriptions for Elders through Officer may wish to keep this title. It is also a title that can be given to alternate characters of other members.
Shebali: Rogue: New members whom have just joined the guild and are going through their 30 day trial. This trial time is given so both the new member and the guild can get to know each other better. Once the 30 days is up and the Initiate chooses to stay with the guild, they will be promoted up to Member. Some members do keep a few alternate characters at this level based on their role play story line. If you wish to keep a character or have one given this title please notify a guild leader or officer.
Naomuth: Wanderer Title chosen by the member themselves based on in game character personality. This is a rank reserved for those that are M.I.A. (missing in action) for 60 days and no communication. M.I.A. members that have been moved down to this rank can have their old title back once they either contact a council member or log back in game and speak with one of the council or Guild Masters.
Veldrin: Shadow This is a rank reserved for those that are M.I.A. (missing in action) for more then 90 days with out any communication, or for those that are on probation. M.I.A. members that have been moved down to this rank can have their old title back once they either contact a council member or log back in game and speak with one of the council or Guild Masters.
Those that were moved down to Undefined because of problems that may have persisted this change in title shall need to complete a set of tasks with in the 30 days of probation. If an extension is needed or wanted, that can be given with out a problem. We are here to help resolve any issues that may arise.
Probation is given for the third violation of the guild or game rules. Use of any third party programs, hacks, cheats or exploits are not covered under this clause. Any use of third party programs or in game exploits will result in immediate expulsion from the guild. Notification will be given prior to expulsion.
